BEFORE YOU DIG

We at Cablevision are proud to be a member of the Sunshine State One Call of Florida Program.  This free service is extremely beneficial because it allows you (and your neighbors) to call one number and have all the underground utility services located in the area where you will be digging.  Florida feels this is so important that state legislators have actually made it the law.  So please call 1-800-432-4770 before digging in your yard. 

Why is this important to you?  It means neither you, nor your neighbors, will experience interruptions in your cable and internet services due to cut lines.  And it means you will actually save money.  If you call, you won’t be charged for our locates, and you won’t be billed later for damage to our underground cable (as long as you didn’t dig where we marked). However, if you don’t call and you cut us, we will charge you for that damage.  And in some cases that amount could be substantial.  So please take the time---pick up that phone and call.  It will be good for all of us!
